How do I redeem my rewards?

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Redeem Voucher
3. You will receive voucher code via email. Alternatively, you may also check your voucher code at Dzmy vouchersdz tab in Redeem Voucher page
4. To receive your rewards, simply show your voucher code to the staff at any outlet specified in the voucher terms and conditions

How do I earn Thavorn Reward points?

There are two types of Thavorn Rewards points; tier points and redemption points.

• Tier points are for the purpose of determining a member’s membership status, which determines that member’s level of exclusive program benefits.
• Redemption points are for the purpose of rewards redemption only. Number of redemption points collected by members increase with eligible spending and decrease with redemptions.

For every baht of eligible spending, you earn one tier point and one redemption point. Please read section 6 of terms and conditions to find detail of everyspending that is considered eligible for earning points.

Do my reward points ever expire?

Thavorn Rewards points never expire.

Can I transfer my points to another person?

No. Thavorn Rewards points are non-transferable.

I am currently a member. Can I receive my Thavorn Rewards benefits for stays that is booked through Agoda or Booking.com?

No. You can only receive Thavorn Rewards benefits if you book directly with the hotel. Please see full details of what is considered eligible stays and what is not in section 5 of terms and conditions.

When are points added to my Account?

All points earned are credited between 2-7 business days after member checks out of an eligible stay. Please see full details of what is considered eligible stays and what is not in section 5 of terms and conditions.

Where do I update my personal information?
